Our Cancellation & Late Policies

We understand sometimes that you need to change or cancel your child's space with us.  Ever since R&D Coaching was formed we have always tried to ensure we are as fair as possible and give as much flexibility as possible.  Please see below our updated cancellation policies across our school clubs, holiday courses, 1 on 1 sessions and birthday parties.

Please also see below our updated Late policy across our School clubs and Holiday sessions which will take effect just like our cancellation policy from September 1st 2022.  During the past year we have seen a large increase in late collections across our school clubs and holiday sessions which has led to our updated policy below.  Please also see below our updated behaviour policy.
