Carehomes 

2019 Saw us join forces with Bedford Borough Council to launch a cycle scheme in local carehomes.

Residents can enjoy cycling around Bedford from their chair using a special pedal system, whilst viewing the streets of Bedford on the large screen!

In addition to our cycle scheme we offer gentle exercise sessions in carehomes and this is available in Bedfordshire, Northampton and Cambridgeshire.

You can also access our cycle sessions by Zoom with pedals all provided to each carehome.  For our gentle exercise sessions, these are done in person and can be done as chair based.
